Rules and Regulations

All USAT competitive rules will be enforced at the Peregrine Charities Triathlon; athlete performance will be monitored and penalized by USAT officials.

Bike Helmets - All participants must wear an ANSI certified bike helmet or a helmet otherwise approved by USAT competitive rules.

Bike Handlebar Ends - Handlebar ends must be solidly plugged in before a bike will be allowed to exit the transition area.

Ear buds / Headphones - Per USAT rules, ear buds / headphones are NOT ALLOWED on the course during the race.
